f6f6654bf8 Go: Updated Go code examples to use latest versions (#6831) 
Updated Go code examples to use latest minimum version of Go, latest version of AWS SDK for Go, and latest demotools and testtools. Updated all unit tests to pass.

Update Go version in GH lint action to match version in the examples.

Fix linter errors found by updated linter.
