Use decimal instead of hexadecimal notation for the stack size with the "editbin /STACK:" command, to work-around a regression introduced in editbin v14.33 (and possibly 14.32 or 14.31) that no longer recognizes the "0x..." hex format. (#4241)

More changes to the Subprocess after all my "interesting" refactorings. It now compiles and runs - only tested on VS2012 though, will do a minor change to ensure it works w/ other VS versions in a minute.

Jan - I think it actually is better after all to keep everything related to the Subprocess in its own repo (i.e. the subprocess repo). That way, we can separate the concerns more elegantly (IMHO).

WIP on #159, trying to drastically refactor the subprocess (in C#, which is debuggable and hence a HUGE plus in what we are trying to achieve...). Will also consider using the C API for CEF, since I think it actually will suit us better.
