AGDNS-4329 apply design review fixes

Design review fixes for the AdGuard Home UI:

- Dashboard: card hovers, chart outline, Top clients 4-row limit, Blocked status tooltip
- Clients/DHCP/Query log tables: header padding, hover rounding
- DNS settings, Protocols, Setup guide, etc.
