feat: Explain the pace line in Menu Bar settings

"Pace line" reads well but isn't self-explanatory. Add a persistent
one-line caption (info.circle) between the module list and the preview
so users learn what the vertical tick means without hovering:
"Pace line = how much of the window has elapsed; fill past it means
you're using faster than the clock." Localized in all 5 languages.
