fix: Anchor BUILD parse so it skips $(CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION) refs

The previous grep matched both the setting line and the
CFBundleVersion reference lines, then `head -1` picked the wrong
one — leaving <sparkle:version> empty in the appcast and breaking
Sparkle's version comparison. Anchor the pattern to the setting
line and fail fast if the parse comes back empty.
