refactor(core): turn a raw-HID address into its route in one place

The route that reaches a standalone device is its `RawDeviceAddress`, field for field, and six sites in five crates copied the five fields by hand — the CLI's light command and fixture recorder, the fixture schema, the agent's device list, the GUI's, and the mock agent; two of them through a private `standalone_route` of the same name.

`DeviceRoute` now implements `From<&RawDeviceAddress>` and `StandaloneDevice::route()` reads it off the device; the copies and both helpers are gone.
