fix(chat): tall deleted message falls back to default delete animation
The dust-effect height gate skipped the dust visual for a message taller than 1800pt, but the correlation ids were already marked applied before the gate, so getCustomItemDeleteAnimationDuration still returned the custom 0.8s duration — giving a tall message a slow, dust-less collapse that never hid the item. Drop the tentatively-applied ids when the batch is dust-ineligible so those messages use the default list delete animation; the ids stay consumed so they are not re-processed.
