Align job-hunt-research with catalog parity guards

- Set the template author to agenta and drop the extra author file
- Regenerate gallery_parity.json, package_digests.json, agentTemplatesQuery.json
- Re-render web/website/src/data/templates.json from the catalog
- Rewrite seed/builder message to follow the 'Build a ...' card rule
- Bump the frozen gallery count to 29 (API router test, web test)
- Add the job-hunt-research playbook to the SDK knowledge templates
