docs(claude): sync to v1.10.0 and the new test counts

1042 -> 1119 unit, 477 -> 509 integration (270 model-free, 239 model) after the
2026-09-07 backlog sweep.

The model-free bullet no longer enumerates per-suite counts. That list was a
maintenance trap: it drifted every time a suite gained a test, and it described
the selection as an explicit file list when CI has selected by marker since
#374. It now says what the selection rule actually is, and notes the #213
permit-leak suite's own serial step (#434).
