test(ops): add storage-profile verification harness

Installs a published snapshot into an isolated home per profile
(compact/balanced/prebuilt) and exercises the full user-facing surface
against each: CLI commands, web endpoints (.md variants, APIs,
discovery), and MCP over stdio + Streamable HTTP (all nine tools,
resources, stateless-session semantics). 37 checks per profile; report
written to reports/profile-verify/.
