BIP340Signer can now be initialised from an AsymmetricCipherKeyPair, taking the public key from the caller rather than deriving it with a d'*G multiplication, which roughly halves the cost of producing a signature, and derives that point once per init() rather than on every generateSignature() call, relates to github #2420.
