merge(storage): reconcile superseded FrankenSQLite migration branches

Join harmonize/vlsf2 and its migrate/fsqlite-0.2.1 ancestor without
replaying older source over the current implementation. A path-by-path
blob audit of all 80 branch changes found 79 exact blobs already in main
history, including the synchronous facade, CLI integration, schema,
fixtures, snapshots and regressions. The sole remaining Cargo.toml delta
contains dependency/version and commentary changes, not missing code.

Keep current br 0.7.0, FrankenSQLite 0.4.4, Asupersync 0.5.0 and the
matching FastMCP runtime identity. These supersede the branch's br 0.3.0,
FrankenSQLite 0.3.1 and Asupersync 0.4.4 pins. Current clap, completion,
similar and TOML versions are newer; retain current lint policy.

Validation: inspect every changed blob against main history and review
the manifest residual against the original c4e79956 integration. This is
an ancestry-only reconciliation: the first-parent tree is unchanged,
so no source edits or new runtime test claim accompany this commit.
