examples: enable the full Anthropic browser toolset (#5978)

The Anthropic quickstart previously registered Bash but left JavaScript,
file uploads, console logs, and network logs disabled. Enable all 31
browser actions plus Bash in the example, with per-call confirmation for
JavaScript/uploads and local upload roots for inputs and generated
outputs. Document opt-outs and preserve the configuration when switching
to Cloud.

Show only the approval diagram’s callback flow beside the callback
example, with matching editable assets. The BrowserUse constructor
defaults remain unchanged.

Validation: pre-commit passed; integration tests 11 passed / 1 skipped;
12 focused SDK/configuration/approval checks passed, including
declined/error callbacks and outside-root upload rejection. README and
docs quickstarts match the executable example. SVG layout visually
reviewed. No model API or benchmark run.
