fix: Recommend the gliner extra on install failures (SDK-792)

Review follow-up. Every automatic-install failure now raises a
configuration error whose remediation is to install cognee[gliner]; a
successful install logs the same tip. torch joins the gliner extra so the
installer reads every requirement from pyproject.toml. .env.template is
back to dev, and the constraints file can no longer leak.
