docs: note rebrand of FloxHub environments

[Flox 1.8.0](https://github.com/flox/flox/releases/tag/v1.8.0) replaced "remote" environments with "FloxHub" environments, due to changed semantics.
At the same time replaced `--remote` for `--reference` to align with that change.
