Render any glyph and colored emoji on native 🚀 (#8512)

Add full emoji support to eframe on native! Also supports any glyph that
your system fonts support.

Test string: ✨ We support ไทย, 한국어, and 🦀 🚀 🤖/🦾/📷/🎞️
