[FrameworkBundle] Assert what the event dispatcher autowiring test means

The test checks that a non-debug kernel injects the plain dispatcher rather
than the traceable one, which is what its own message says. Naming the
concrete class pins more than that, and any change to which class provides
the service breaks the test for no reason.
