Let the table rows reach the edges of the screen (#54267)

* Let the table rows reach the edges of the screen

The rows stopped at the safe area, so their dividers and the shading
behind a group header ended in a line down the middle of the screen. The
rows now span the full width while their content keeps the inset, so
nothing readable moves and nothing sits under the cutout.

* Bleed the row and group header backgrounds too

* Bleed the table itself so every row variant lines up
