fix(cli): ignore repeated picker callbacks

Custom vim.ui.select implementations can call on_choice again when a
picker is resumed. The extra call attempts to resume the finished CLI
coroutine, replacing its successful result with an error.

Accept only the first selection or cancellation and ignore later calls.
