Pi: use the extension bind as launch readiness

Pi's "/ commands" hint only exists in the compact header (expanded says
"/ for commands", quiet startup has none) and is drawn before Pi enables
input. session_start (the bind) fires after the key and submit handlers are
set up, so treat the bind as readiness, as OMP already does.
