feat(run): bundle onidle script and make `hcom run --help` list scripts

- onidle: wait for an agent to go idle, then inject text into another
  agent or launch a new one with it. Prints a one-line plan before any
  status output.
- `hcom run --help` / `-h` showed clap's bare usage stub; now shows the
  same script listing as `hcom run`.
- Listing heading "Examples:" -> "Bundled Scripts:".
