fix(file): report gzip from its header instead of inflating it (#365)

file-type probes gzip members by inflating them to look for an inner tar. The
probe cancels a byte-limited stream over a Node-backed DecompressionStream, and
Node synthesizes an AbortError for that cancellation which escapes as an
unhandled rejection after file has already returned exit code 0.
