fix(worker-bridge): ignore a stale wake from the previous bridge request (#513)

* fix(worker-bridge): keep waiting while a bridge request is unanswered

A notify for the previous operation can land after the worker set READY
for the next one. execSync treated that wake as the answer, read the
reset buffer and returned "Error code: 0", which python3 maps to EIO.
Wait again while the status is still READY, within one deadline.
