docs: add docstring to SimCLRViewTransform (#1943)

* docs: add docstring to SimCLRViewTransform

Add a Google-style class docstring to SimCLRViewTransform, mirroring
the existing SimCLRTransform docstring. Fix two typos (cj_strenght,
constrast) in the SimCLRTransform docstring so both attribute
descriptions stay identical.
