* Added efficient iterators to magic_enum::containers::bitset

* Matched bracket spacing to the rest of the lib.

* iterator_impl() now zero-inits even though it should not generally be called

* Hoping to fix macos/windows builds.

* Fixed past-end ++ and from-end --
