merge: sync O2 with origin/dev@59123ea17 and regenerate senpi bundles on linux amd64

Only the generated omo-senpi extension bundles conflicted. They were rebuilt
from the merged sources in a linux/amd64 node:24-bookworm-slim container with
bun 1.4.2 (build-extension.mjs, then --check), which is the platform CI uses
for the byte comparison.
