chore(omo-senpi): rebuild plugin bundles from the committed tree

Rebuilt from a clean git archive export of this commit's tree inside the
linux/amd64 node:24-bookworm-slim container (bun 1.4.2, NODE runner), so the
committed bundles match exactly what the changelog-gated source builds.
