test(omo-senpi): pin the kibitzer nudge rejection for agent-addressing hints
The nudge tool is the boundary the judge speaks through, so a hint that addresses the agent has to come back with the reason and the fix rather than a generic shape complaint. The test asserts the rejection names "addresses the agent (second person or imperative)" and asks the judge to "restate what the note records as a plain observation", for English imperatives, second person and a Korean request ending, and that the single correction the contract allows is still accepted afterwards.
