reposition docs around the shared-teammate category

- lead README with the category, add CI/license/Go Reference badges
- add Why OpenTag, feature bullets, and a comparison table
- add ROADMAP and examples/slack-app-manifest.yaml; link from README
- add an independence/trademark disclaimer
