Clear delegates before removing from instances dict in windowWillClose_ (#1802)

Move webview delegate clearing (setNavigationDelegate_, setUIDelegate_)
before del BrowserView.instances[i.uid] so no callbacks can arrive
after get_instance would return None for the closing window.
