refs-fuse.c: Fix reading uninitialized value on early exit.

Cleaning up 'args' caused the uninitialized field 'allocated' to be read
from 'args' and if it was non-0 the cleanup code descended into
'fuse_opt_free_args' which could cause a crash (see github issue #27 for
the report). Fixed by zeroing the struct early.
