Fix bump.sh: bump sea-orm-sync internal deps and run taplo fmt

bump.sh missed sea-orm-sync's sea-orm-macros dependency (it stayed at
a stale rc pin through the RC series) and did not re-run taplo after
rewriting version strings. Neither surfaced during rc.N -> rc.N+1 bumps
because the version string kept a constant length; the rc -> stable bump
shortened it, shifting comment alignment (align_entries) and failing the
CI Taplo job on the example manifests.

- bump sea-orm-sync's sea-orm-macros dep alongside the others
- run taplo fmt on the bumped crate manifests and examples
- require taplo up front so a bump fails early rather than mid-way
