* feat(bar): add option for hiding empty + inactive workspaces

* feat(bar): animate unoccupied workspace hide/reveal

* fix(bar): synchronize unoccupied workspace transitions

Keep workspace spacing, `ActiveIndicator`s, and `OccupiedBg` aligned while workspaces are being revealed or collapsed. Preserve indicator animation when switching to or from a hidden workspace.

* fix(bar): improve workspace active indicator trail animations

Refactors the active workspace tracking to use workspace IDs instead of indices. Clamps the trail end position during transitions to prevent visual glitches when switching workspaces, and resets the state when the animation is completed. Also moves property definitions to the base component, and hoists the Timer above Behaviors.

* refactor(bar): use behavior state instead of a timer

* refactor(bar): hoist ws index helper into workspaces

* refactor(bar): use repeater count as a flag

to force updates

* feat(bar): count workspaces on other monitors as unoccupied

* fix(bar): this is getting a rewrite after this PR
