feat: add read-only team and usergroups commands (#148)

Adds the read-only surface of the team and usergroups groups: `team info`, `usergroups list` and `usergroups read`, all with `--team <workspace-id>` for Enterprise Grid scoping, working under both auth types.

Part of #139; the write verbs follow in a separate PR that closes it.
