compiler: declare font-metrics with the builtin elements

A property whose body names a BuiltinFunction is computed per element
by that function, which takes the element; the loader keeps it on the
element instead of the native item. That replaces the hand-written
insertion in typeregister.rs and the doc section that mirrored it, and
the FontMetrics struct type is the builtin struct instead of a second
definition.
