Fix docker dns tests.

Docker made a change in the way it configures the "/etc/resolv.conf"
file inside a container, from:

nameserver 1.0.0.1

to:

nameserver 1.0.0.1

This caused the dns tests to fail. Adjust the tests accordingly.
