fix: Windows PhysicalDrive detection via ctypes fallback (v8.7.1)

WMI queries silently fail in PyInstaller builds, preventing SCSI LCD
devices from connecting. Added ctypes-based strategy 3: scans
PhysicalDrive0..15 via IOCTL_STORAGE_QUERY_PROPERTY, filters by USB
bus type, matches Thermalright vendor strings. No WMI dependency.

Also improved debug logging across all detection strategies.
