fix: wire LED get_protocol in GUI, add v2.1.4 assets and device support

LED GUI was never sending data to hardware — LEDHandler created LEDDevice()
without get_protocol, so LEDService.initialize() silently returned
"LED protocol factory not configured" and no USB traffic ever occurred.
CLI path worked because connect() auto-wires it. Broken since v7.0.6.

Also:
- Add 85 GUI assets from Windows TRCC v2.1.4 (Korean locale, sub-screen,
  new device buttons, resolution previews)
- Add Korean locale support ('ko' → 'h' suffix)
- Add FBL 129 profile (480x480, alias for FBL 72)
- Add PM 63 → FBL 114 override (1600x720)
- Add LF25 LED device (PM=176, style 5)
- Add recent log (last 50 lines) to trcc report output
- Add regression test for LED get_protocol wiring

4028 tests, ruff clean, pyright clean.
