fix: eestore MCP tool descriptions in server

- Re-add the tool and resource docstrings removed during the 2.0
transport/auth refactor so FastMCP exposes runtime descriptions again.

- Also restore the fuller server module docstring and add a regression
test covering canonical tools and wikipedia_ aliases.
