* Add popover case

* Include popover element and dialog as possible elements

* Add URI fragment note

* Fix attribute link

* Exclude autofocus scope element.

The spec does not include the autofocus scope element as a valid recipient of the autofocus attribute when a dialog or popover is displayed; only its content is eligible.
