macOS fixes (#8072) * OSX example download latest if missing * projectGenerator download scrip fix lingering folder * downloader [3.3.0->3.3.1] - fix for timeout retry with time between to fix server protocol issues with dropouts and server cache resets. will allow for -20 retries to be spaced * dev/download_libs core [2.2->2.3] - fixed for macOS / osx fix for xCFrameworks plist and removal of old cache for script/osx/download_latest_libs * vboExample fix glut / vec * macOS fixes for xCFrameworks over including paths (now grep removed) - Added status json macOS * linux apt-get update * addons mk tests for linux * test addons networkTCP fix for bound port 2024-08-07 23:29:27 +10:00			`# Attempt to load a config.make file.`
