[Data] Remove dead `Benchmark` methods (#61884)

https://github.com/ray-project/ray/pull/61883 removed several dead
release tests. Now, `Benchmark.run_iterate_ds` and
`Benchmark.run_materialize_ds` are dead.

In this PR, I've removed those methods.
