Tomasz Żelawski 02dbf4ca06 fix: Worklets x Reanimated compatibility CI (#9188) ...

## Summary

The workflow would first install `Reanimated` and then `Worklets` which
resulted in installation error due to not meeting dependency
requirements.

## Test plan

All compatibility checks now pass.
