Update Polish translation

Fixed gramatical errors and improved the wording of some translations. Fixed some strings that were translated to French instead of Polish. Added translations for serial interfaces and devices. Would appreciate if someone looked at lines containing "serial" and "%lld" to maybe make the translation fit better.
