fix(dashboard): unique static-export aliases and robust config injection
- Two scope members that live outside the scope dir and share a basename (e.g. ~/a/core and ~/b/core) collapsed to the same alias, so the second member's snapshot deduped away and both switcher entries pointed at the first. Disambiguate colliding aliases by growing the path leftward. - Static-config injection matched the literal '<script type="module"' substring, silently no-opping (shipping a dataless site) if Vite changed the emitted markup. Match type=module regardless of attribute order/quotes, fall back to </head>, and raise instead of failing silently. - Add a regression test for the same-basename collision.
