refactor: Rename "pace line" to self-explanatory "usage vs time"

"Pace line" was a metaphor that needed explaining. Rename the tick
modules to "Session/Weekly — usage vs time (5h/7d)" (中文: "用量 vs
时间") so the name describes itself, and reword the Settings caption
to call the vertical line "time elapsed / 时间进度". Copy-only; no
logic change. All 5 locales updated.
