refactor(device): let ProbeTimeouts carry the postfix its fields repeated

With arrival_drain renamed to arrival_drain_timeout, every field of ProbeTimeouts ended in _timeout, and clippy's struct_field_names says what a reader would: the struct's name already says it. The fields are the bare names — timeouts.receiver, timeouts.arrival_drain, timeouts.bolt_slot_probe — and the constants they default to keep theirs.
