merge(deps): reconcile obsolete July Asupersync lock snapshot

Preserve pre-sync-backup-2026-07-24 ancestry while retaining the current
resolved dependency graph. Its only changed path is Cargo.lock: an old
Asupersync 0.3.4 resolution and corresponding transitive dependencies.
The current manifests explicitly require Asupersync 0.5.0 with matching
FrankenSQLite and FastMCP integrations. Replaying the old resolution
would undo subsequent dependency maintenance without restoring a
missing implementation.

Validation: reviewed the branch's lock-only scope and present manifest
requirements. Exact first-parent tree preservation is checked after
merge. No source files are modified and no build success is inferred.
