fix(complete): Name the function after fn_name

`fn_name` already holds the bin name with hyphens replaced, and the
dispatch loop has been keyed on it all along. The function definition
and the `complete -F` references were the two places still using the
raw bin name, which is what POSIX-mode bash refuses to load.

The command being completed is still the real bin name. Only the
function identifier changes.
