ci(mdm): nightly login-start tests against published releases

Run the lifecycle scenario on the latest release and the auto-update scenario
from a recent older release on ubuntu, macOS, and Windows. The auto-update
scenario proves a daemon started by the login mechanism still self-updates
and comes back healthy while registered. A best-effort job also checks that
the published release assets match mdm/.
